In the first and second left lane from kondapur signal night construction of apartment causes lot of disturbance. Due to this issue we are facing sleepless nights.in the day time it's acceptable for privite construction. But these guys are doing construction in the sleeping time causes lot of disturbance to us. Please help me regarding this issue. The location of construction is happening on the first and second lanes from kondapur signal.
