This is to bring to your notice the rise in stray dogs in our campus at esic medical college, sanath nagar. The dogs' litter and pups are causing inconvenience to our students and patients here. Please make sure the issue is taken care of by the relevant authorities and the stray dogs are safely transported to a shelter.
