Hi My name is Prabhakar visited MEHFIL restaurant at madhapur on 13Oct 7:00 PM. When I ordered soup he gave cockroach with soup. Not sure how he maintaining Kitchen. Requesting you to take some action on it. And you need to visit and see how they are maintaining Kitchen.
