Street dogs problems at shivanand nagar lane no 1, opp fever hospital. There are at least 8-10 dogs, they are chasing bikers, barking and attacking people and house pets. They have become a huge menace in our lane, none of them are neutered, hence they breeding and more puppies are born every 6 months, request your help for this problem!
