Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — wasting the municipal water beside my house from past 6 months

Hi, I am staying in the RTC X Roads opposite to sudharshan theatre beside my room there is a house in the upper portion daily from the past 6 months when the tank filled it will overflow for half n hour until the municipal water stops we have informed them but they didn't responded properly.I can't take this anymore so I am raising complaint on them. Millions of people in our country don't have proper drinking water in 2030 Hyderabad, chennai, Bangalore going to water scarce. So kindly inform them strictly to take measures. I hereby attaching the photo and video.
