Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — dog barking

Hi,
The population of dog has increased in our locality and it is difficult to stay at times. There are couple of dogs whi constantly bark day and night. It is also difficult when owner of a dog house nearby gets dogs out for stroll. They are quite but these stray dogs keep on barking for hours without any reason even after they leave.
Please take some action immediately.
