We have an issue with street dogs in our building.. please help us as there is a risk of life.. the two dogs attack regularly.. there are small kids and senior citizens.. also they keep barking the whole night and one person named chandu keeps them feeding n teaching dogs how to trouble people because of which they have become too aggressive..
