Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — fatal speed breaker at mulund west

Hello, i & my mom we're traveling (Activa) from kalidas (Mulund west) towards bhandup west and meet with an life threatening accident on our way to our place due to speed breaker wrongly placed on that road. It's exactly opposite to family tree & talwalkers gym where the height is more of speed breaker and it cannot be recognized during night. It was 12:30 on 5th march at this place where accident happened, especially when speed was quite below 30km/hr. My mom has deep injuries inside head and she hasn't come out of coma since then. Plz help solving this problem at the earliest.
