Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — for running college in without oc building

Respected sir/madam,
I want to complain about a college which running since 2016 july to till the date. That building is not got the oc yet anyhow they manage water. This is very dangerous for all students to study there. I myself have just survive my life before some days when i went to that college. We leave nearby and my child also go in that college. Please take an action against this non oc college. As much i know they have taken permissions for all the courses but they have shown different building. Your people come for checking but they don't do anything.
Do the needful.
