Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — major repairs to municipal property can cause people

Respected sir,
I have registered this complain to inform you about the un legal repairs to the municipal property at plot 33/p/1 shivaji nagar govandi mumbai 43. They have made the unlegal construction of room beyond the limit of municipal corporation of greater mumbai.
Due to construction of my neighbour there is major loss to my property, i. E
The walls are going to fall and they are lead in the way to fall of room. I had discussed with the owner of neighbour but they are not giving any response, they are showing the power of mla and they can harm to my family also.
I had complained earlier to the mcgm complain no.[protected] but they have closed my complain with out any work.
Please solve my problem as fast as you can, in future mcgm will be responsible for any loses and harm to my family and property.
