Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — stray cat urinating and pooping in building premises

Staying in raghunath prasad building, 12/14 st. Francis xavier street, chira bazar, mumbai - 400 002.
In our building onr lady miss pinto (Room no 6) is feeding the stray cats, due to which the cat all time sit in the building premises, she till now has given birth to 7-8 kittens, all of them does the urinating and poop in building.
When we enter our premises is smell and stinks alot causing serious health issues. We tried to make that lady understand and request her to stop feeding cat the cat food, but she arrogant and dosen't understand,
