Sir, I'm writing this to draw your attention towards the problem caused by stray dogs in our locality, near kasturba police station, carter rd no.1, borivali east, mumbai 400066 Stray dogs are causing problems as they chase and try to bite peoples. They even cause problems to delivery persons & playing kids. It is increasing day by day. They also didn't let us sleep in peace as full night nonstop they keep barking. There are too many stray dogs near building no. 110, 111, and 112 in Tilak nagar, Chembur . They are creating issues, pounce on every passerby. It is scary to even walk in the lane. Please relocate the dogs
