I was trying to pay my water bill of 5707 rs. through the online option. After entering OTP I have got some error but the amount was debited from my account.

This incident happened on 25 Jan 21 and till today 29 Jan 21 neither I got any refund nor my payment has been cleared.

Got a Refund on my original payment method on 04 Feb 2021. Hence marking this as resolved.
