Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — Water Bill Payment deducted from bank account but still showing Outstanding in MCGM records

Have made online payment for MCGM water bills via official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on 15th Feb 2021, through SBI EPAY of RS 1401 . Once the payment was completed, it was directed to another web page with error message "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later"

However, the payment has been debited from my account and the MCGM water bills are still showing outstanding.
