Prem nagar pipeline has bursted.. Can see the flow of good water in the open drainage. Kindly send team urgently. Photos attached... The matter is serious and the software requirement is for adding words to enable an responsible official to even notice it. The bigger the emergency the number of words will be lesser... Basic logic is missing in the minds of people who make such programs.

Updated by Prarthana Menon I will surely send an update on this in another half an hour..too late but I know the practical difficulty in reaching the emergency sites to resolve such problems. We will by then have gallons of clean water lost say...forever!!! There is also a difficulty in recording an image since the size accepted is just 2mb. But cannot wait for uploading.

There are a lot of cats in the building complex.They dirty the complex .
There is also a danger of them being run over, biting/scratching children, hence a danger of Rabies.
Please ensure that they are taken away.
