Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — biting, barking terror of dogs

I am living in 69/183, vt road, mansrovar, jaipur.
Sir please help us!
In our locality more than 10 street dogs and one stalwart dog is residing and they spread their terror in whole area and doing potty anywhere in the locality which leads to swine flu, dengu, malaria.
One incident happen yesterday, i am vishmita when i see one paltu dog doing # in front of my house i complain to his master but he start abusing me and his grandson came to my house and told to do anything with me.
Please help us!
