Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — encroachment of service/common area by ground floor/first floor owner

Sir,
I am surendra sharma, h. No 232, sector-15, malviya nagar, jaipur-302017, owner of third floor flat in buliding of four floor (Including ground floor) built by rajasthan housing board.
In that building, owner of flat no-226 & 228, encroached common & service are on ground floor/first floor by making bathroom/store & balcony on first floor.
There by they had closed all opening to service area & more over also effecting ventilation for the building.
Kindly take necessary action for the same
