Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Garbage accumulation on road from locals

Dear Sir, in our lane, building residents of (C-485, Devi Nagar, shyam nagar) they throw garbage in front of an empty plot, we requested them multiple times not to throw and create garbage, as it created foul smell and lots of mosquitoes which causes diseases, but they do not listen. we need your help here. Alternate day hopper comes to collect garbage but they dont use the facility and creating garbage. Entire lane is troubled because of them, mANY TIMEs we had arguments over the same but these irresponsible citizens does not understand.
MANY TIMEs we have paid hopper to clean the same, but it can be our responsibility to clear other's ###.
