Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — I am complaining about catching stray dog

Respected sir,
We the residents of mangal nagar, panchyawala, jaipur are very much scared of a stray dog in our locality. He has infection in his right ear which is continuously bleeding and has foul smell. He moves everywhere with tilted head. Thing that concern us more is that it's getting worse day by day having risk of dog bite and epidemic. Children are most vunerable to such thing as they play outside in locality.
It's my humble request to take immediate action. We will be highly grateful to you.
