Municipal Corporation Of Kakinada — drainage/ gutters trash thrown into empty sites

Gutters near Godarigunta, 3 temple centre are not being cleaned properly. Whenever the municipality workers come, they just pick up the trash from the gutters/drainage and throw into the empty sites in residential area. The trash is left in the empty sits forever and it keeps accumulating. This is causing lot of smell, insects and mosquitoes for the houses around. When we confront them, they just say that the tractor will later come and pick the trash up. This never happens. We are very disappointed living in such conditions.
