Hello sir i am citizen of kanpur shyam nagar. Here is a person who do not comply rule of law he is building house in middle of street. Twice or trio the kda officer has come for cheak that but he offers him bribe so that went back to there office and did not take any action against him so my request is that only to stop building his house and open that street for playing in the field behind that street. He admitted before someone that he trespass that land by offering bribe to officer.
