Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — complaint against proper garbage drainage

Dear sir/madam,
This is regarding proper garbage drainage system of our society that we all are facing from years. As we don't have garbage collecting dustbins nor even garbage collectors who can take the waste from our houses, so that no people may throw their waste on roads.
This problem continues from years and because of this many people throw their waste near their house or even in front of their house without even thinking of their own health and wellness.
Months back, some workers of nagar nigam came to collect the garbage of our houses but in return they ask us to pay them, which is against the system. So, i request you to please sort this problem as soon as possible by incorporating some collecting bins on roads so that no one found such place to throw any kind of waste. Also, i request you to insure that the bins are getting cleaned up every day. Your contribution and support will be appreciated.
