I am Vibhor Singh, I live in M.E-8 hemant vihar Barra-2 kanpur pin code 208027. Construction of a house is going on in our colony in M.E-67. Instead of connecting their home waste line to the sewer line on their lane they are breaking complete road and connecting it to sewer line of opposite lane. Resulting in problem for movement of vehicles. I want you to take a action against it.
