I a responsible citizen of panki kanpur living just back of shukla guest house in front of reliance tower. And i would like to tell you about the problem that there no street light in front of my house i live in panki e block and one day at night a man fallen into the sewer line which was on the bike and he take side and would not be able to see the sewer line and because of darkness so kindy it is my humbled request to please provide the street light please respected sir or madam thankyou...
