[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — stray cows problem in city

The problem of stray cows in kanpur is highly increasing from past few years. Its painful to see these holy domestic animals suffering due to accidents. They are the major cause of traffic jams and many accidents everyday. I can drive two wheeler as well as four wheeler, i have been so surprised to come across 15 cows within a kilometer. The place where i live (Awas vikas) has 9 cows per street and they are increasing at a very high pace. The street is always full of cows.
Its a humble request to please take a strict action against this problem. This needs to be organised because it does'nt require any special technology or too much money. A little care can rectify this problem.
