No action has been taken yet by corporation on dilapidated condition of house 114/ N Raja Subodh Chandra Road. P.O : Naktala, Kolkata 700047 . This house is owned by six brothers and three sisters . Now two brothers and two sisters are alive . Occupants of the house are now Mrs Samata Ghosh wife of Late Samirendra Kumar Ghosh, Mrs. Indra Ghosh wife of Late Rathindra Kumar Ghosh and Mrs . Papia Ghosh wife of Late Abanindra Kumar Ghosh . They have illegally without our knowledge extended balcony, constructed one bathroom on first floor and on second floor they have constructed rooms with our knowledge and without plan sanction . They are not also paying tax to corporation creating liabilities of huge amount . Because of their unauthorised construction the building has become weak and dilapidated.

Updated by Sukhendra Kumar ghosh Kindly note that unauthorised and without sanction of plan construction work had been undertaken without our knowledge and we are staying outside are not responsible for such illegal construction works and activities. Please note that in previous complaint typographical mistake was done in seventh line as “ they have constructed rooms with our knowledge “ which should be read as without our knowledge.
