Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — failed transaction twice but my account got debited both times | |||
I attempted to pay for license fee twice using axis bank netbanking and billdesk. Both times, it showed a failed transaction message but after sometime, i checked my account got debited rs 1155.90 each i. E rs 2311.80. Funny thing is on kmc website, it's still showing my ce no. License fee as unpaid. I don't see any number where i can lodge a complaint of this netbanking issue and ask them to resolve. This is purely technical flaw, due to which i'm charged two times unnecessarily, that too resulting in unpaid status!! Was this information helpful? | |||
