Me and my neighbour share a common passage of our flats. They have blocked a portion of the common passage and constructed a door and grill over there. Inspire of repeatedly requesting, the are not removing it. The door they have constructed is so near to my flat door, that i cannot even fix a grill gate for security of my door. Please suggest a remedy. What can i do?
