Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — we can't sleep whole night just because of dogs barking please help us

I live in 158/1c, picnic garden road opposite mondal villa (Bilu math)
Right now it's 1:30am and we are still trying to sleep even my child he needs to sleep very badly because he have to wake up at 6am to go school but in our street there is almost 20 dogs and they are barking whole night, we are helpless please do something,
