Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — area sweeper throws garbage in front of my shop

My area sweeper is deamnding 50-100 rs all the time in against cleaning nd i was refuse to pay him so he throws all the garbage of area in front of my shop shutter, goverment alredy paying him salary for his job nd i also complaint the same several times

A stray dog dead in front of 2/135 a VIKALP KHAND-2 gomtinagar UCKNOW yesterday.Its smelling badly and very unhygienic to spread diseases.
