Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — cow roaming near school injured children

I am devendra i want to know that can anything be done against the cow's owner who have cows but don't have space to keep them and tie them in colony causing lot of problem for us. And we are bound to live in unhygenic conditions. Near school they create problem to bypasser and small children.. Pls look into the matter.
