On 16th july, new speakers were installed on a pole near the ayurvedic college gate of anupam garden (Mahavir park) ge road.
These loudspeakers have become a nuisance for the residents of the area as they are working on a high volume, disturbing the peace of the region. Students are not able to study properly. To further the trouble these speakers are kept on throughout the night which creates heavy disturbance to residents by disturbing sleep and is having psychological impacts too, in form of disturbed mental peace, lowering attention and constant irritation. The message which is being blared is also negative in nature and very harsh to listen too. Kindly look into the matter which is not only a public nuisance but appears to be in violation of sound pollution control guidelines and supreme court order on the same.
