Dear sir,
My residential property in kumbharwada salatwada vadodara since more then 70 years. I am retired government servant as well as senior citizen, i am paying regular light bill and housing tax etc.
My neighbour mr. Salekar had construct illegal construction and block my door where he constructed is corporation property, i made a 3 times written complain but as we knows no one still visit. Which is the result of it my underground entrance has blocked (Not enough space) due to only the illegal constriction.
He is living his apartment 1st floor and just recently he purchase basement for his son who recently married. His name is gaurav salekar.
The same complain i had done december (2 months before then january, and february) to the town planing dept. Every 15 days i follow up its but due to of not any my powerful contact the procedure is so slow. They are doing the normal step but not concretely and fast work against of my complain the reason behind it mr. Salekar link is so powerful in corporation and i have nothing any link except truth.
He also made a police complain against us, we visited police station and inspector asked us to my building and construction map, after looking it he also realized he made a wrong complain. Inspector suggest us to contact vmc directly for further step.
I wrote down a special application to municipal commisnor but not fast moment on my case after 3month of my complain.
They all are knows that its purely illegal bcz of the construction is on corporation space which is block my door and it is at internal road and its effect i cant enter in my basement with furniture.
So do some necessary action on it fastly with good solving hoping.
