I am a resident of sunder vihar, paschim vihar, there is big problem of stray dogs barking all night and people losing their sleep and in the day they attack everyone, even small children. They are everywhere even in the park where elderly and small children play. They are dangerous as they enter homes and parking spaces of buildings. Request you to remove them please.
