Munusamy Gas Agency At Velachery — delay in refilling

I am associated with sri munusamy agency at velachery. I booked to refill cylinder on 03/09/2017 till today 22/09/2017 they failed to supply. I'm facing this problem for past six months since i shifted my house to a new place. Wen i tried to contact them there's no response (Either the phone is engaged or they will not attend the call. At last three days back on 19/09/2017 they answered my call and assured to supply on the next day. Again they fail to keep the words.
Once again on 20/09/2017 i called them. They told that they are unable to supply on time because they have very few customers in our area so monthly twice they will supply for all together. I told them this is not fair then they asked me to come and take your cylinder on yourself if it is urgent or get transferred to the nearest agency. But before shifting my house i went in person i asked them regarding shifting the agency, they told me no need to shift we will supply in your new place and assured me to supply on time. But once again they failed to keep up there words.
Being a home maker it's my responsibility to feed my aged parents and my school going child. So in need of a cylinder is very very important to me. So please, understand my hectic situation and take immediate action on my complaint against sri munusamy agency as soon as possible.
