Murali Enterprises — Delivery of Gas cylinder

Dear, Sir, I have booked a gas cylinder through mobile on dtd-11-4-15. I received a message from M/s Murali Enterprises dtd- 16-4-15 for booking with cash memo-178430. But still I could not received my gas cylinder. So many times I called to gas agency but nobody is picking the phone call. In parallel I called to Delivery man also but after 2-3 days he picked my call. But he is also not delivering gas cylinder. Always he is telling to deliver it tomorrow. But tomorrow is not coming. My gas is going to over within couple of days. Some channel to be made by which the consumer will be not be suffered. It is requested to resolve my case as soon as possible.
