Musafir — flight ticket not booked but payment deducted

I have book ticket at 11:00pm, payment deducted but tickets not confirmed, also i have got mail that out representative will contact you shortly, but no calls
And working hours mentioned in mail is 9:00am to 6:00pm but it's 9:11 am still no. Not reachable

I have flight on 3:00pm today, my wife is sick i have cancelled train ticket but musafir don't even call if there is any issue so that i can book any other ticket...
Very bad experience really bad

Plea don't book from musafir
