Last saturday i traveled in muskan travels from bangalore to chennai.my boarding point was at marathahali at 11.30.when i reached marathahali, i dono the exact location so i called them .the person who took the call he sd me there is some problem bus wnt come to marathahali.you need to go to silkboard.he gave another number and asked to check with them.when i called tat person.he was speaking so harshly like no i cant do anything come to silkboard.I sd u guys have to refund me, i am cming in cab.he sd i[censored] come in cab all we cant refund you.they literally speak like rowdies.
