Muthoot — cb shine 2008 spare not available

I got my bike serviced at your service centre muthoot motors cochin kerala vide invoice kl[protected] dt 6/12/2018.in spite of my request they failed to adjust front brekewhich is highly dangerous for riding. They say spare part kit mcb i. E. Front brake fluid reservoir is out of stock. What should i do for this? Will you pl arrange the said spare to the service center on a top priority for me.
