Muthoot — employee use abusive language with customer. | |||||
Hello i am customer of muthoot finance in kotla mubarakpur new delhi. I have some serious issues with your employees name mansi singh and piyush motwani they are working in same branch office muthoot finance kotla mubarakpur south delhi. There behavior with employee and customers are not good use of abusive language in office in front of customer and ignore the customer for long time and busy in there mobiles and making fun together in office this how your company treat to your clients i have already complaint to the manager and ask for sorry letter with these to employ individuals for their behavior to me and my husband. The situation is when me and my husband visited branch for gold loan they ask me for extra money as there commission for make my work essay and fast when i refugee for giving them money their behavior was changed and start using abusive language and making make financial condition for their fun subject. Is this is your employees are doing. There many other customers in same branch for complaint but they where gets calls from mr. Piyush motwani asking female for meeting and booking in hotels and blackmail for cancel the loan if we complaint about it. Please take a serious action against them immediately otherwise i am only one way i have to proceed with some legal action to your staff and company managment to because i already call customer service and file my complaint about it many times. Please take this note seriously. I attached my details of my loan agreement.
