Muthoot Fincorp — paid the housing loan outstanding dues not get my original property document

I am housing loan customer my loan no-[protected] i had settled all the outstanding dues on last month 5-oct-17

Muthoot finance person told that you will get the original document with in 21 working days. But still not yet received the document. Please help me to get the my original property document.
