Muthoot — gold loan payment via paynimo

I have made an online payment rs 30000/- to muthoot finance ltd on jan 21st, 2018 (Time 08:53 am) through debit card via paynimo gateway. The amount was debited from my hdfc account, but the the transaction got failed.

I got another sms that my amount was deducted from bank and fwd to paynimo mutual funds mumbai".

Kindly take necessary action and refund my amount asap.
