Muthoot Honda — very bad service and customer handling

Several times i have given my bike to service and general repair as my office is nearer to muthoot honda kaloor. Most of the time i have faced the after service complaint. Due to this i have faced several issues. The responsible persons are not giving any value for our time and money. As i have faced several after service complaint, i have contacted muthoot honda branch head and informed and also wrote a mail complaint to honda customer care also informed to honda south regional office. One mr. Vishnu from muthoot honda contacted me and given an estimate of changing the oil seal ie: 1200/- i have given my bike to change the oil seal and he promised to deliver it by evening. On the same day after 4 pm i got a call from vishnu informing that your bike is ready you can take delivery. So i left from my office to take the delivery on the way i got a call from vishnu and said that cannot deliver as i have wrote to cooperate office. I have written in that mail that i am not ready to make any more payment. But as i need the bike at the earliest i was ready to make the payment. I have also spoke to mr arun (Customer relationship manager) but he was also not ready to give the bike. Another thing is that there is not bus service between my office and service center. I reached service center at 5 pm and also informed mr arun that my office is to be closed by 5:30 pm and key is with me so i need to got before 5:30. Talked till 5:20 and he said that he will arrange somebody to drop me. But he haven't done that. I wait till 6 pm and i contacted muthoot honda branch head. After that mr arun directly dropped me to office. They hold my bike and i said to the officials that as i am facing several issues due to delay in delivery i am not ready to make the payment as mentioned in mail. On the next day i got a call from arun, saying that bike is ready and need to pay 1080/- but i was not ready to make payment and contacted service manager, he also said that without payment they are not ready to deliver my bike and also said he is blaming me that this issue is due to me as i have send a mail to cooperate. Till now i have a not resolved complaint ie: handle will shiver (Vibrate) when bike is above 70 km/h.
