Muthoot — online payment transaction successful but not credited to my loan account | |
I have made an online pmt of rs. 8361.72 (Including tech process charges) on 06.02.2019 vide ref #[protected] through web pay. The same has been debited in my account & also the bank has confirmed that the payment is received by the beneficiary i. E muthoot finance vide kotak bank service request # 1-[protected].
