[Resolved]  Muthoot — Please take immediate action

Good morning sir I need to file about complaint for kulu center . Center Id : ML0491S02C0047 this center Ro name : Mathesh he collected money for each coustomer but he did not give bill .I will ask several time for bill but he did notgiven any bill and i also ask bill for manager of Thiruvaiyaru branch . Manager also did not take any action and he didn't give bill . Lot of problems come in center .RO collects money from coustomer .Manger make call to same customer for pay loan emi . Plz take immediate action. Past 1 year he didn't give bill .If your loan card instructions bill not given you should not pay the money . But your RO not given any bill plz take immediate action

Dear sir,

Regarding conversation with rajeesh on 18/09/2021, he told to pay 2761 then we can waiver the additional balance amount as per the format given by the him, but unfortunately today another one in palakkad Mr. Gireesh from legal department palakkad told to come directly to the bank for noc collecting also it's your duty to collect all the documents only less amount to close given as example by him that if you have an accident you will emergency went to hospital like that it's your responsibility to come to the office directly and close the full amount, he use bad languages, if you want to waiver the amount I can only help, other wise you go to legally with out any hesitation . It's create me very disappointed, unhappy, mentally harassment in my working atmosphere.

This is my second loan in your bank, check my previous loan details and present loan details with your bank, because of my salary account change I told to change it but not changed so that I need to pay additional bounce charge and double interest with covid 19 situation moratorium taken, additionly three months extra premium and interest taken, all this payment closed even if Mr. Gireesh create mentally and physically threatened, my closing date December.

Any emi or additional payment pending to the customer we can get any reminder or message, email, letter, followup from the branch, not even any legal action didn't get it from the branch, i called several times even to get my details, after that two months over, while asking my noc the approach to the customer is very bad, I trust the muthoot but now I can understand that not even single reminder to the customer about his loan details, l never suggest your loan again in future to me and my colleagues. Worst experience from your bank due to this situation.
