I am writing this letter to you in order to make complaint about collection agent Mr:albert not sure his name.His mob num:[protected].

As a customer up to October 2016 i properly paid every month cash but due to some personal problems last 3 months i was not able to pay the amount. For that reason collection agent Mr Albert make call to my parents and sister and the language he used was derogatory which not only brought us stress but also disrupted our peace of mind. please accept my complaint and make sure that not make any call to my family . for further follow up contact me my whats app number[protected] ...
