Muthoot — Want to raise the complaint about recovery call agent

My contact no.: [protected] / [protected]. due to covid, i am unable to paid my remaining emi, still this month i will paid the 3 emi but still the recovery agent ([protected]/[protected]) will call me and use very harsh languare, also send me whatsapp messages.

i will pay my remain remain amount but dont want any call from recovery agent
