Mutual Fund — Mutual fund investment freezed by tata mutual fund | |||||
I am mr. Shrenik m.Shah, partner of m/s. Kalabhavan nx and authorised signatory person of tata floater fund, folio no. 2698049/18. I had opened this folio with tata amc and started investment of my firm kalabhavan nx ' rupees in this liquid scheme of tata floater fund from the beginning. I am sorry to inform you that tata amc had played a double standard game and ...Tata amc had blocked and freezed the said folio almost 2 years ago. Tata amc had allowed mr. Bhadresh m. Shah to withdraw rs.50 lacs during first 3 to 4 years and then after all of sudden, tata amc had freezed this folio without informing all partners including authorised signatory persons. Tata amc had not taken the consent of authorised signatory persons also. Tata amc has no right to freeze the folio illigally on only 4 partners 'letter. Tata amc must take consent of all partners, at least authorised signatory partners. That means if, bhadresh m.Shah, unauthorised signatory person gave redemption request, tata amc had no problem to accept his redemption request !! After giving rs. 50 lacs to mr. Bhadresh m.Shah, tata amc taught mr. Bhadresh shah to write and submit an objection letter to tata amc. So tata amc can use and capture it self the rest money sum of rs. 18 lacs almost. In the other word, tata amc had allowed mr. Bhadresh m.Shah, an unauthorised person to withdraw money and then did not allow me, an authorised signatory person to withdraw money with the setting of mr. Bhadresh m. Shah. So this is the double standard game played by tata amc. With me. My redemption request had been rejected many times and since last 2 years i could not not withdraw any single rupee from my own investment with the tata amc !! . I am asked by tata amc to give all partner's consent to de freeze the said folio. So i am help less and ask again to de freeze the said folio to allow me to take my money back, other wise, i will take all legal actions against tata amc at its Cost, please note.
