MVL Palms — Recovery of 20% payment

Dear Sir I booked flat initially with 2 lac rupees in Apr-13 & done further payment 2.5 lac in Oct-13 then need to do 3rd payment in Apr-14 at the time of constrcution started but demand for 3rd payment comes in Aug-14 & still construction not started. Finally I want to withdrawal my booking amount & whatever be the interest & penality comes. Plz do correct calculation & return my amount. Regards Jitender [protected]
