My Air Ticket Pvt Ltd — Faking and thugging customers

I am a graduate student at state university of new york, buffalo and i booked my tickets with above company on 16th july with complete payment of 62250/- inr., fro flight scheduled on 19th august at 2:30 am by qatar airways from mumbai to new york to buffalo. i got to know about this company from sulekha.com. Firstly they said it would take 7 working days for tickets to come, then saying some block issue they postponed it to 2nd august. then on 2nd august they asked me to wait till 17th august saying the tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to journey but then on 17th august they asked me wait till afternoon of 18th august, i was still patient but then on 18th they finally said no and saying some blockage issue and supplier problem and asked me to request for refund. I had to be in usa before 23rd of august according to my i20 and hence i had no option but to book tickets with some other company at a very very hefty price. i have proof of every mail and communication i had with them. I even contacted sulekha.com to check the solidity of the firm since they had posted the contact but even they didn't had any idea saying that they just do advertisements and they do not do any background check. i request you to warn them as well because people like us believe that since it is posted by a reputed advertiser like sulekha it might be good but that is not the case. I got my refund 15 days back but i request the authority to take strict action against them. there have been many instances with other customers too with the same company and same issue wherein many customers have not recieved there refunds.
